I have the following background

MBBS from India equivalent to MD in US
MBA in finance from US

8 years of working in Government in India as a Tax Administrator

SSN holder
Currently on b-1/b-2 visa

I applied for NTS for Colorado, but NASBA says, based on my education, I am not eligible. Which state should I choose?

I am not sure which state you should choose, but I can direct you to a site that may be able to help. Also, have you had your transcripts translated to US? That will help you find out what you may still need here in the US.

I am using Roger CPA Review system to study by, but his site has a lot of other information. He list all the states requirements at http://www.rogercpar...ts-overview.cfm.

If you have not chosen a review system, I would recommend you look into what he has to offer.
