Hello All

I am back to this forum after 5 years . I passed my CPA examination through the state of Colorado  5 years  back and got my passing certificate  in March 2010. I did not apply for a license then since my  supervisor hadn't maintained his CPA license and I couldn't show my experience under him . However I changed jobs in March 2014 (this year ) and now my supervisor is a licensed CPA  so technically I should be able to apply for my license in April of 2015. Am I correct ?  I just want to know is there any limit  of clearing the exam which one must apply for a license  and if yes , do I meet it ?

Also will I need to take the ethics exam again ??

Any response will be highly appreciated as I am very confused .

Thanks a lot
