Meeting the Credit Requirements to sit for the CPA exam.

Hello, I'm figuring out how my credits will match with the semester requirements to sit for the CPA exam in the state of California.

The guidelines are shown in the pdf file linked below.

Question #1

Can one course (4 semester credits) taken in an auditing course meet both the 24 semester credit needed for Accounting Subjects as well as the 10 semester credit needed for Ethics Study.

To rephrase the question, can one course of 4 semester units be used twice in order to fulfill semester units in both Accounting Subjects and Ethics Study.

Question #2

I am currently enrolled in an online course with the major of Business Analysis and Management.

I have two courses within the curriculum called

BAMC 320 Strategic Management
BAMC 430 Project Management

These are courses required to fulfill my major and was wondering if these can meet the criteria for Business-Related Subjects under the bullet for Business Management.

I'm concerned because although those two are courses required for my Business Analysis and Management major, they do not necessarily have "Business Management" terms written in the course title.

Thank you so very much for responding to my email. You are a kind person and I appreciate your attention and help.
