How do i handle my question is when FSA is over paid over the withholding amount of the employee and the person is terminated already what is the best action and accounting treatment in your opinion?  For example, if we only withheld $300 for employee Jon Smith but his expenses he reimbursed are $750?  I'm not sure if this adds anything but the 2015 election amount for Jon Smith is $750.
