If you are just looking for a simpler way to collaborate with your QuickBook clients there are many solutions out there, one being Qbox.  With Qbox, accountants and their client’s continue to use the same desktop version of QuickBooks. However, using Qbox, they have a locally hosted copy of the file that is continually synchronized with their remote client’s copy. In other words, no more sending QBW files back and forth, no more screen sharing, no expensive cloud hosting and no more downloading/uploading of QuickBook files.  With Qbox, there is also a locking technology that avoids the creation of conflicting copies.

Using Qbox, you are not subject to the performance of your internet (or lack thereof) while working in the file. The internet/cloud is only involved during the synchronization process which initiates automatically when the file is closed. While synchronizing, the user can open and work on another QuickBooks file or any other locally hosted program. In other words, you are not waiting on the internet.  Additionally, you can work on your client’s file even if their computer is turned off.

For $6-$9 a month both you and your client have access to a local copy of the full working version of the QuickBooks file that you can open and access, while experiencing the performance of your local computer and sharing updates automatically.

If you are looking for an efficient way to collaborate with your QuickBooks desktop clients at an affordable price, visit us at https://qboxplus.com.  You can sign up for a free trial, register for an upcoming webinar or sign up for your own demo of Qbox.

We look forward to helping you solve your QuickBooks collaboration needs.
